Nice to meet ya! I'm Kaden Cruz.

Nice to meet ya! I am Kaden Cruz. I am originally from Maricopa, Arizona and now live in Orange, California and am studying Creative Producing at Dodge College of Film and Media Arts.  As a kid, I was fascinated with magic tricks, in fact it was my dream to become a "professional magician". Over time, I realized that "magic" was a pretty loose term and that magic could be found all around us if we look for it hard enough. I eventually started to create short films and found magic in filmmaking; the "magic" being the idea that you could take an audience and momentarily transport them into a new world. It is my goal to deliver this magic feeling to anyone who watches my work. 

I started making movies in 7th grade. I continued making movies up into high school and established a film club at Maricopa High School. In my Junior year of high school I premiered a film that I wrote and directed titled "Little Tavern In The Woods". "Little Tavern In The Woods" premiered at my high school and in local film festivals. The success of this first short inspired me to continue to move forward with film, ultimately leading me to pursuing a Bachelors In Fine Arts in Creative Producing at Dodge College of Film and Media Arts at Chapman University. Alongside pursuing my degree, I run a film production and videography business called Kaden Cruz Films, assisting companies and businesses in Arizona and California in creating video content and advertisements.
